In the future, you’ll only have to include the Teams Room in your invitation as the required location and the rest will be done fully automatically. When the room is available, your meeting is automatically accepted and scheduled. When you arrive at the room at the scheduled time, you simply select the meeting to start/participate in via the touchscreen control panel. It is also possible to use the room without scheduling. You simply select a contact person or e-mail address and you can call them up.
