For Van der Valk Hotel Almere, we performed a comprehensive upgrade of the audiovisual facilities in the meeting rooms, restaurant and lobby. The goal was to provide a modern, user-friendly solution that improves both functionality and aesthetics.
Our work included:
Installation of new monitors and projectors: We replaced the existing audiovisual equipment in the meeting rooms with high-quality image and projector screens and projectors. This equipment was carefully selected to ensure optimal image and sound quality.
Digital Signage: The digital signage in the lobby and other strategic locations within the hotel has been completely revamped. Now equipped with user-friendly interfaces, these screens offer a flexible way to present information and advertisements.
Central Controls: The controls are as TSR AV always does; easy to operate, beautifully designed and centrally located. With just the push of a button, a room changes to the desired settings. This custom made solution is completely tailored to the specific needs of Hotel Van der Valk.
Operation of Sunshades: The sunshades on the large terrace are also integrated into the lobby display, which can be operated there by an employee. This allows staff to easily adjust the blinds depending on weather conditions and guest needs.

The implementation of these advanced AV solutions has significantly improved the functionality of the meeting rooms and lobby. Guests and employees can now enjoy a seamless experience, with everything easily controlled through one central interface.
