Lighting, atmosphere and multifunctionality
Since March 29, 1999, The Ketelhuis – firmly anchored on the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam – has been the home for Dutch cinema, a safe place for screening and debating Dutch cinema. Both ”small” artistic and the more commercial feature films, documentaries and short films are given a stage in our house.
With three screening rooms, many technical facilities, an attractive industrial café and versatile catering, Het Ketelhuis has everything you need for a special event. Both business and private. And for both small and large groups.
Commissioned by the boiler house, we were allowed to renew and upgrade the lighting installations of these 3 movie theaters. A customized lighting plan, with sustainable LED lamps, was the solution. Programmed and tuned to the cinema, its use and film type.
